Educare Boone County Student Volunteers and Workers
Educare often has student volunteers work with our program. They are University of Missouri MU Serves
volunteers, C.A.R.E. students from the City of Columbia, and local public school students. Below you will
find pictures of some of our student volunteers.
These are 6th grade students from Mrs. Smith's class at Smithon Middle School in Columbia, MO. The spent several weeks making domino games for young children in 2006. We look forward to many more Smithton students working with Educare. |
Stephany was a C.A.R.E. student worker that spent the summer of 2006 at the Center for Family Policy and Research. She was very instrumental in creating several games and toys for young children. |
These are MU student volunteers that worked with Educare during the summer of 2005. They spent 35-40 hours a semester making toys and games for young children.

Mary Jo, an MU service learning student, worked with Educare in the spring of 2006. She made games, filled creativity packets, helped staff, and was a real asset to Educare Boone County. |
